What areas do you offer home and office visits?

We offer onsite visits to residents and business on the North Shore of Vancouver. We also offer onsite visits in Vancouver and Burnaby. Extra travel charges may apply.

Are your technicians experienced?

Yes, only our most experienced technicians do onsite visits. A technician must be qualified with both technical experience and a criminal record check.

Do you offer evening visits?

We offer onsite visits from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 3:00. Evening and/or Sunday visits can be scheduled but must be scheduled well in advance. Extra charges may apply.

Who should be home?

An adult 18 years or older must be home at all times.

How much does it cost?

The minimum charge for an onsite visit is $70+ tax. This covers your first 30 minutes. Regular hourly rates apply after that. Please call for current rates.
